Started Blue Collar Coding, a part-time freelance service that creates modern, mobile-friendly websites and apps for small businesses.

Developed custom websites and landing pages for moving companies while integrating the Elromco software into clients’ websites. Optimized and updated legacy templates, as well as creating new ones, in order to improve UI/UX.

Responsibilities included training employees (captains and crew), creating and implementing a 40-page training program, documenting processes and procedures, hands-on training, and assisting in scheduling and hiring.
